About the Owner

I am Moriah C. Holland, creator and owner of MPowered Counseling Services LLC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), which enables me to provide mental health therapy to individuals and groups seeking support in the state of Virginia. I am also a Board Approved Supervisor who can provide supervision to residents seeking their LPC.

My specialties include depression, anxiety, self-worth/esteem work, self-care practice, and my passion is empowering black women who have not tapped into who they are, YET! QUEEN, let me tell you: You are destined for greatness! You are be-YOU-tiful! You are worthy of love! I want to help you get to a place where you can (and do) say this to yourself—AND believe it!

Services Provided

Individual Therapy Sessions: $125 per hour

Individual Residency Supervision: $75 per hour

Dyad/Group Supervision: $60 per hour

***All services are provided on a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform only at this time.***

***PLEASE NOTE: Private pay only. American Express, Discover, Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa accepted.

For those who may be deterred as you seek therapy services when you see “private/self-pay”/not accepting insurance, please don’t throw in the towel! There are many resources available to fund therapy (without the use of insurance) for those who may not be able to pay out of pocket, and/or who are uninsured/underinsured/prefer not to utilize their insurance. I am happy to share these resources with you! (Some resources are already listed below in my "therapy resources & info" section.)
